Why LeanZero Exists
We didn't start this to build a consultancy. We started it to prove a point.
The Problem We Saw
The Atlassian consulting space is packed with process-heavy companies where complicated projects like migrations become economically prohibitive. Layers of account managers, invisible teams, convoluted processes — and at the end of it all, you're not even sure who actually did the work.
The Statement We Made
Even super complicated projects can be done in a lean and fast way without being economically prohibitive. LeanZero is a two-person operation with a ton of ability, taking on work that normally requires entire departments — and delivering it at a fraction of the cost.
AI as Our Multiplier
The rise of AI proved our model right. Mihai's enthusiasm for building AI-augmented workflows means we can operate across multiple technology stacks without needing to hire for every role. It's not about replacing people — it's about two driven people doing the work of many, intelligently.
